All artists who register after November 7th will not be included in the participant list / map.

Pawtucket Open Studios does not guarantee that any of the 10,000 contacts made for this holiday show will result in any sales. Advertising will include e mail of our electronic post card, regional and local newspaper advertising and public radio. POS recommends that each individual artist also contact their own personal and commercial clients, galleries and known businesses during these open-studios events.

For best results, the photo should be JPEG, and should only contain alphanumeric characters in the name (no spaces, no underscores, no special characters). Show me how.

2) that it is my responsibility to register and complete my web page including uploading of the picture.
3) that it is my responsibility to review my entry in any maps and participant lists on the web site no less than a week prior to the event. No Changes will be made after that date.
4) that it is my responsibility to pick up any materials from the distribution points and deliver to the organizers all State of Rhode Island tax documents on the last day of the show.
