This building's popularity is based on the collaborative spirit between the tenants. Come and join painters, sculptors, designers and  so many others who make this building the   "place to be".  The dedication to redevelopment by this owner shows in the build out and attitude of the staff .  We presently have a few spaces in the main building and our new saw tooth redevelopment phase 1 and 2 features some  individual entries and close access to docks.  We presently have two "hot areas" now available.  As always, we welcome all light industrial, warehousing and artists tenants.
