| 91 Hartford Avenue is located in the Olnyville section of Providence. This mill is one of the few existing mill buildings presently being redeveloped for smaller industrial uses. The owners pride themselves in the commitment they have made to continue using this building even though most of the other mills in the area are being converted into residential uses. Spaces in this mill start at 668 sq ft and are typically in the 2500 sq ft to 4000 sq ft range. All the units are upgraded with a new 60 amp service and additional electric is available as well as gas and water for processing.
