This Olnyville mill is the only facility that has not been swallowed up by the out of state residential developers. The owners for the last 50 year plan to keep this building a center for small industrial users and artists. The facility is now built to code on the first floor and sports an up to date fire alarm system. We look forward to working with the local industrial users. |
